Terms and Conditions
By placing an order over the phone or via our website by email, customers are bound to the following Get Cleaner, Terms and Conditions:
- The customer accepts and understands that poor service, breakage/damage must be reported within 24 hours from service date. Failure to do so will entitle customer to no recovery cleanings.
If a re-clean is required, it must be scheduled and completed within 7 days of the original service date. Re-cleans requested beyond this timeframe will not be accommodated. - Get Cleaner may require the presence of the customer or his/her representative in the beginning and at the end of the cleaning session as an inspection can be carried out and if any corrections are required, they should be made on the same day if possible.
- If customer or his/her representative is not in the position to carry out the inspection at the end of the completed job, the customer must report any complaints within 24 hours from the completion time of the service.
- Get Cleaner can take up to 7 working days to respond to a complaint.
- Get Cleaner will not accept any complaints later than 24 hours after the cleaning session has been completed.
- Complaints are accepted in writing, text messaging, email and letter format.
- Costumer understands that he/she is not entitled to any refunds of the deposits paid or any refund on the price of the service.
- If the customer is not completely satisfied with a cleaning job, Get Cleaner will re-clean any areas and items to customer’s satisfaction, only if reported in 24 hr period after completion of job. Get Cleaner will send the same cleaner.
- In case of damage/not proper cleaning/unsatisfactory cleaning, the assigned responsibility transfers on Independent Cleaning Contractor (ICC)assigned by Get Cleaner.
- Get Cleaner may assist in communication process between the customer and independent cleaning contractor in case of complaint.
- Get Cleaner do not hold any responsibility for the damage/ not proper cleaning.
- The customer is responsible for preparing the area for cleaning. Areas to be cleaned upon request should be emptied and ready for cleaning.
- Onlythe areas placed on order form should be cleaned by the Independent Cleaning Contractor. Any extra cleaning requested is an extra charge.
- In the case of deposits, once an appointment is confirmed (deposit has been charged), deposits will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- In rare cases, due to unforeseen circumstances Get Cleaner may need to reschedule your booking, this is only when it is necessary and completely out of the control of Get Cleaner themselves.
- Get Cleaner does nothold any responsibility for any extra service, provided by ICC which has been requested by the customer directly to ICC during the course of cleaning service.
- Get Cleaner holds the right to take photos prior to commencement of the cleaning service and post completion of the cleaning service. The photos may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.
- Get Cleaner holds the right to contact customers via their inputted phone number and/or email for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to receive these promotional and/or marketing from Get Cleaner you can click on the ‘Opt out’ or ‘Unsubscribe’ links at the bottom of every Email/SMS.
Payment options
- Payment can be made in cash on completion of the service.
- Payment can be made by bank transfer the day before the service is completed. Payment can be made with debit or stripe link.

When the deposit is paid it is understood that the customer accept Terms and Conditions of Get Cleaner.
